POLICIES

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is 3pm. Check out is 11am.

Rates/Taxes:
Rates do not include room tax and are subject to change without notice.

Smoking:
BEACHSIDE INN is a smoke-free facility.

Pets:
Pet fee $20 per night. Pets are restricted to certain rooms. Maximum 1 pet per Pet-Friendly room.

Minimum Stay:
Two and three night stays apply to Holidays, Events and some weekends. Summer months require two and three night stays. Shorter stays can sometimes be accommodated when booking directly 800 845-1284.

Deposits:
A deposit equal to the first nights lodging, or 50% of any stay longer than 4 nights, is required to confirm reservations. The balance is due the day of arrival.

Cancellations:
For all cancellations, without exception, a $15 charge will be retained by BEACHSIDE INN. Because we are a small inn, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, for cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged 50% of your full reservation total, or one night’s stay (whichever is greater). Changes of reservation date or early departure are treated as cancellations and will carry the same fee. You are, however welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.

Travel Insurance:
We realize that cancellations are often beyond your control. For this reason we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. Group Reservations:
Group reservations, consisting of 3 or more rooms, are final and deposits are completely non-refundable.
