POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations may be made up to 6 days prior to your date of arrival, free of charge. If a cancellation is made within 5 days or less, prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee will be equal to one night stay, plus tax. No refunds to early departures.
DEPOSITS
The total balance will be charged to your credit card, 5 days prior to your arrival. IF you cancel your reservation within 5 days prior to your arrival, your card will be refunded the balance, less one night stay plus tax. No deposit will be kept for cancellations made more than 6 days prior to your arrival.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Check-in is 4pm. Check out is 11am.

BEACHSIDE INN is a smoke-free facility.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PREMISES
If pets are found to be in rooms, a $300 deep clean fee will be charged.
